1. Call to Order Council Workshop at 6:00 p.m.
A. Present and Discuss Town Ordinances related to Parking Near Residential Driveways.
B. Present and Discuss the Arbors at Oak Grove Planned Development Request.
2. Roll Call/Call to Order Regular Town Council Immediately Following Council Workshop.
E. Request by the Town Council for Items to be Placed on a Future Agenda for Discussion and Recognition of Excused Absences.
F. Presentation of Monthly Updates. Presentation of monthly updates from department heads: concerning law enforcement activities, municipal court, customer service, emergency medical services, fire department response, fire prevention activities, emergency management, ongoing economic development projects, building permits, code enforcement activities, library activities, human resources updates, information technology report, revenue and expenditure report, street construction status, sanitation services, highway construction status, utility operations, parks and recreation activities, as well as facility and fleet updates.
3. Presentations.
A. Present a Key to the Town to Ryan Watts.
B. Present a Proclamation Declaring March 25, 2025 as Denton County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Day.
C. Present the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 GFOA Excellence in Financial Reporting Award and the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 GFOA Outstanding Achievement in Popular Financial Reporting.
5. Consent Agenda All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Town Council and require little or no deliberation. There will not be a separate discussion of these items and the agenda will be enacted by one vote. If the Council expresses a desire to discuss a matter listed, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.
6. Regular Items.
A. Present, Discuss, and Consider Action to Accept the Town's Independent Audit Report, Annual Comprehensive Financial Statement and Federal and State Single Audit Reports for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2024.
B. Present, Discuss, and Consider Action to Accept the Town's "Financial Highlights" for the Fiscal Year ended September 30, 2024.
C. Hold A Public Hearing, Present, Discuss, And Consider Action On Ordinance No. 1802 Regarding A Request To Rezone Approximately 10 Acres Of Land, Currently Zoned Agriculture (AG), Located Approximately 2,000 Feet North Of The Intersection Of US HWY 380 And Oak Grove, Within Little Elm's Town Limits, In Order To Establish A New Planned Development – Single Family 4 District With Modified Development Standards To Allow For Development Of A New Residential Subdivision. Continue Public Hearing: Receive Public Comments: Close Public Hearing: Take Action on Ordinance No. 1802:
