A. Present, Discuss and Consider Action on Resolution No. 0516202301 Canvassing the Returns and Declaring the Results of a General Election held on Saturday, May 6, 2023, for the Following Purposes: Elect One (1) Town Council Member from Place 5 for a Three (3) Year Term; Elect One (1) Town Council Member from Place 6 for a Three (3) Year Term; Making Other Declarations and Finding Other Matters in Connection with the Said Elections as Set Forth Herein; Finding that All Matters Set Forth Herein are True and Correct; and Providing for an Immediate Effective Date.

B. Present the Certificate of Election and Administer the Statement of Officer and Oath of Office for Andrew Evans, Council Member Place 5.

C. Present the Certificate of Election and Administer the Statement of Officer and Oath of Office for Michel Hambrick, Council Member Place 6.

5. Consent Agenda All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Town Council and require little or no deliberation. There will not be a separate discussion of these items and the agenda will be enacted by one vote. If the Council expresses a desire to discuss a matter listed, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.

A. Consider Action to Approve the Minutes from the May 2, 2023 Regular Council Meeting.

B. Consider Action to Approve Resolution No. 0516202302 regarding the Appointment of the Town of Little Elm Planning & Zoning Commission as the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee.

C. Consider Action to Approve the Wood Family Dog Park Expansion Agreement, including the Donation of Funds.

D. Consider Action to Approve an Interlocal Cooperation Contract between the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) and the Town of Little Elm, Texas for the proposed "Town of Little Elm Kayak Launch".

E. Consider Action to Approve the Release and Abandonment of Existing Easements located within proposed Phase 9 of the Union Park Subdivision.

University Drive, within Little Elm’s Town Limits, in Order to Establish a New Planned Development District Based on Light Commercial (LC) District Requirements with Modified Uses and Development Standards to Allow for New Commercial Development with Auto Repair Focusing on Electrical Vehicles. Open Public Hearing: Receive Public Comments: Close Public Hearing: Take Action on Ordinance No. 1709:
